Jenny regularly represents clients at all stages of financial remedies proceedings.

She acts in cases where issues such as conduct, non-disclosure of assets, third party intervenors, international assets and enforcement arise.

Jenny takes a client-centred approach in all matters and has been described as presenting as counsel “with several years under her belt”. Jenny has a keen eye for detail but is also able to focus on the core issues in a matter, with a view to settlement where possible. Jenny has also successfully and robustly represented clients at final hearings. She will ensure that each matter is dealt with proportionately and empathetically.

Jenny is a member of the Bar Council’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Panel.
