Christopher has published an article on implementing arbitration awards in financial remedy applications in light of the recently reported judgment of the President in S v S [2014] EWHC 7 (Fam). Christopher discusses Part 3 of the Family Procedure Rules 2010 and the court’s powers to encourage the parties to use alternative dispute resolution and to facilitate its use, especially in the context of arbitration.
