The case of Griffiths v Tickle [2021] EWCA Civ 1882 has been shortlisted for ‘Family Law Case of the Year’ at the Family Law Awards 2022.
Family law barrister, Lucy Reed acted for the applicant journalist Louise Tickle, securing publication of the judgment without redaction of the parents’ names, and successfully resisting the father’s appeal.
The awards ceremony will be held on Monday 28th November 2022 at The Park Plaza, Westminster.
