St John’s Chambers Children’s team are hosting this half-day conference at the Bristol Old Vic which will feature talks from senior and junior family law barristers with a wealth of experience in private law children proceedings.
Chaired by Her Honour Judge Cope, this seminar will provide family practitioners with a general private law update with a focus on the tips and tricks needed for running and challenging some of the most common allegations raised in this area.
