The Family Law Awards 2023 has announced the nominees for this year’s ‘Regional Family Law Chambers of the Year’ and we are delighted that our Family & Divorce team, led by Judi Evans, has been shortlisted, as well as being nominated for ‘Family Law Case of the Year’, in Hudson v Hathway [2022] EWCA Civ 1648 in which Head of Divorce & Financial Remedy, Zoë Saunders acted for the appellant.
We have one of the largest family law teams in the South West, with 2 silks and 28 juniors and continue to attract high profile cases nationally.
The winners will be chosen by a judging panel made up of the heads of the Family Law Bar Association, Resolution and the Association of Lawyers for Children, along with Family Law editors and publishing executives at the awards ceremony.
To be shortlisted for these awards clearly demonstrates our commitment in providing first class legal services in complex and important cases of wider national significance in family law.
