Vivien has a fast-growing practice in cohabitation disputes involving ToLATA 1996.

Vivien provides advice at an early stage to both claimants and defendants on the merits of their claim, and advice as to the merits of making an application under ToLATA 1996 / Schedule 1 Children Act 1989.

Vivien welcomes instructions from both claimants and defendants, representing parties at hearings of all stages, including mediations and other types of non court dispute resolution, CCMCs, directions hearings, trials, and interventions in matrimonial financial remedy cases.
