Tara-Lynn practises in personal injury, clinical negligence and costs.
She is known for her meticulous approach, and has been praised for her in-depth knowledge of civil procedure. She takes a pragmatic and solution-focused approach to her cases and ensures her clients are robustly represented both in and outside the court room.
In her personal injury practice, Tara-Lynn is regularly instructed to act on behalf of both claimant’s and defendants in claims involving road traffic accidents, accidents at work, public liability and the Highways Act. She is happy to accept instructions under the terms of Conditional Fee Agreement when required.
Tara-Lynn has a particular passion for clinical negligence and inquest work, where her experience working for the NHS at management level can provide an added level of insight into policy, procedure and the inner workings of the healthcare system in England and Wales. Her experience in the field of clinical negligence has been further expanded following the completion of a 9-month contract working for the Attorney General of St Helena where she advised government and the Healthcare Portfolio on clinical negligence claims, developing a clinical negligence compensation scheme, and supporting the development of healthcare policy.
