This was the Mother’s application for committal of the Father for contempt of the court for failing to comply with various orders to bring their son, E, back to the UK from the UAE. The Mother also made an application to lift some of the aspects of the confidentiality of the private processings in order to publicise that the Father was failing to comply with orders of the High Court.
