Ben is instructed as sole counsel in a multi-million pound claim representing a Claimant who suffered devastating lower leg injuries in a motorcycle accident. He broke most of the bones in his right leg and severely damaged the tendons around his left ankle. Fusion of both ankle joints is inevitable, and there is a significant risk of amputation. He is unable to return to work. Long-term professional care, aids & equipment, and adapted accommodation are required, and no less than eight medicolegal specialisms instructed.
