Ben acted for the Defendant in this six-figure Multi-Track employers’ liability claim involving serious allegations of fraud including fabrication of witness statements by the Defendant, and surveillance evidence which was inconsistent with the Claimant’s written evidence. The Claimant discontinued his claim shortly before trial after a successful application by the Defendant to rely on the surveillance evidence.
