The claimant worked as a farm assistant on a pig farm. Whilst moving an injured pig into another shed he was injured. The claimant and one of the defendants were working with pig boards but the defendant, who was in his 70s, was unable properly to undertake the task. The claimant was attempting to grapple with the pig when it bit his hand.
