On Wednesday 13th February 2019 AvMA (action against medical accidents) will be coming to Bristol to host their ‘Experts and Lawyers – Working Better Together’ CPD seminar, where two of St John’s Chambers Clinical Negligence barristers will be speaking.
Christopher Sharp QC will examine witness and expert evidence, looking at the choice of expert, the report and the joint statement. Christopher will then join the panel forum with Head of our Clinical Negligence team, Vanessa McKinlay, and other medical experts and lawyers discussing key issues and best practice surrounding medical experts and lawyers working together.
