We’re proud to have supported Bridging the Bar (BTB) in hosting 9 candidates from the BTB Academy as part of their Interview Advocacy Training Programme.
Bridging the Bar is a charity, founded in July 2020, that aims to support aspiring barristers from a range of underrepresented groups at the Bar. More details of Bridging the Bar and the Academy can be found on their website here.
The candidates attended chambers for two weekend sessions where they took part in mock pupillage interview advocacy exercises and received feedback from our barristers Louise Asprey, Julia Belyavin, Sophie Smith-Holland, Justin Valentine, John Dickinson and Sophie Howard. Chambers was delighted to host the candidates and wishes them all the best with their future careers at the Bar!
