Jenny Wilson has a busy practice representing clients in financial remedies and Children Act proceedings. Jenny takes a client-centred approach in all matters and has been described as presenting as counsel “with several years under her belt”.

Jenny regularly represents clients at all stages of financial remedies proceedings including where issues such as conduct, non-disclosure of assets, third party intervenors and enforcement have arisen. She is instructed in both private and public children matters, many of which involve allegations of domestic abuse, sexual abuse, coercive and controlling behaviour, intractable hostility, mental health issues and substance abuse. Jenny has also represented applicants and respondents in relocation cases involving both Hague Convention and Non-Hague Convention countries.

Jenny will be chairing one of our family finance debates on Thursday, 27th February. You can find out more about our family finance debate series here.

I am delighted to be joining the knowledgeable and celebrated family team at St John’s Chambers. I look forward to getting started in 2025.”
