Joss Knight of our Wills & Trusts team was instructed by Wolferstans LLP to act for the successful claimant in Oliver v Oliver [2024] EWHC 2239 (Ch) before HHJ Matthews in which the last will of the claimant’s late father was declared invalid.
The claim is a rare example of a will being overturned on the grounds of both undue influence and a lack of testamentary capacity. Judgment was handed down on 9 September 2024 and can be found here.
