Commercial and chancery barrister & mediator, Natasha Dzameh, will be speaking at the Bristol Law Society’s Dispute Resolution Conference on 12th September 2024. She will be discussing matters such as witness statements, case management, conduct and striking out claims for abuse of process based on warehousing litigation following her recent success in Lloyd v Hayward & Another [2024] EWHC 2033 (Ch).

The conference covers a wide variety of hot topics for litigators, including issues such as the use of AI, funding, costs, litigants in person and a disclosure panel event. It will close with remarks from HHJ Paul Matthews followed by networking drinks.
