Access our new special damages calculator
Matthew White of our Personal Injury team has prepared a special damages calculator, which can be used from our website. It allows for all changes in the special account rate over time.
You just need to enter the start date and end date of the period over which you want to calculate the total special account interest rate (or half rate), and the calculator will give you the rate to apply.
The calculator also allows you to calculate the interest in £ on a damages sum.
