St John’s Chambers members and staff warmly congratulate Tim Leader on his appointment to the Attorney General’s Regional Panel of Junior Counsel to the Crown. Tim has been appointed to the Regional Panel B.
This five-year appointment will commence on 1st March 2023 and Tim will be able to accept instructions from the Government Legal Department, formerly Treasury Solicitor.
Tim has a national practice specialising in all aspects of local government law, especially planning, highways, compulsory purchase, commons, public procurement, licensing, statutory nuisance, and standards issues. Read more here.
