She is often involved in private law proceedings where a Rule 16.4 Guardian has been appointed. Recent cases have involved pursuing orders for no contact and restrictions upon the exercise of parental responsibility; representing a competent teenager; representing the Rule 16.4 Guardian in a dispute raising cross-allegations of domestic abuse and ‘alienation’.
