Jack has experience in both personal and corporate insolvency matters. He regularly provides advice and representation in winding up petitions, bankruptcy petitions, and related applications. Jack also has experience of issues relating to charging orders and the discharge of bankruptcy. Recently, Jack acted in an application to restrain advertisement of a winding up petition against a firm of solicitors.
