Who Should Attend?
This seminar is for all litigation professionals interested in expert evidence. It will have a commercial/chancery bias given those doing the talks, but may be of interest to those practising outside that area who commission, use or have a general interest in expert evidence.
St John’s Commercial team and Milsted Langdon are hosting a face-to-face seminar that will explore the use of expert evidence in commercial dispute litigation. It will look at recent case-law relating to the use of expert evidence as well as looking at ways that expert evidence can be challenged both before and during trial. A role play between a barrister and a forensic accountant/expert will attempt to illustrate how to challenge expert evidence and how the challenges can be countered. HHJ Russen QC will introduce and chair the event.
