Hosted at Porter Dodson’s Taunton office in association with ACTAPS, Christopher Jones and Joss Knight of St John’s Chambers, and Cara Hough of Porter Dodson will facilitate a practical and informative workshop on wills for vulnerable testators.

Topics include:

• Drafting wills for the elderly or vulnerable
• Bringing and defending claims for negligent drafting
• Correcting mistakes

The seminar will begin with delegates divided into three groups each to consider one of the three topics above, followed by an open discussion on the questions posed. Drinks and canapés will be served after the seminar, with the opportunity to network with fellow professionals.
