Recent developments in catastrophic quantum claims

Christopher Sharp QC reviews some of the major issues arising in catastrophic injury quantum judgments over the last 2 years, including the important very recent Supreme Court decision in Knauer v Ministry of Justice, and extracts some principles which are guiding the development of this increasingly complex area of law and practice in his talk on ‘Recent development in catastrophic quantum claims’ at the Catastrophic Injury Claims Seminar.
